Billing Guidelines:
We Care Pediatrics bills patients and insurance companies for services performed in the office. Payment due at the time of service (including co-pay, co-insurance, or deductible) will be the responsibility of the person bringing your child to the appointment.
-Outstanding patient balances will be the responsibility of the parent or guardian who signs the Statement of Financial Responsibility/Assignment of Benefits form that must be signed at each visit.
-Co-pays: The co-pay is the amount of money that the insurance company makes the patient pay before every visit. The front desk will collect it before you are seen.
-Co-insurance/Deductible: The amount of money that the insurance company makes the patient pay before the insurance company pays for the services. This is another financial obligation that the front desk will request from the patient before the patient can be seen.
